5 Tips on Creating an Impactful Morning Routine!

When you think of waking up early what is the first thing that comes to mind? I’d be willing to bet you get excited to wake up earlier to get your day started, but once morning hits you hit that snooze button & figure you will just start tomorrow. 

I did that too! We all do it from time to time! 

As a mom of two, once my kiddos are up for the day that’s when I shift my focus to them..and if you’re a parent you know how the demands of being a mother can be! 

So, I decided to start waking up earlier to get my day started off right. I start with my mom crack (AKA my energize), I journal to get my mind right & then I get my sweat on! I cannot even begin to tell you how much this changed my life! 

If you are where I was months ago, I have 5 tips to get you started with an impactful morning routine! 

Prepare the Night Before!

Having my workout clothes out & ready to go for me in the morning ALWAYS helps.. I am not digging through drawers half asleep trying to find something to wear. Anything you know you’re going to need in the morning, get it out the night before! It will make things a little easier! 

Have something to look forward to!

Thinking about getting up early seems NOT FUN..but what if there was something that you look forward to? For me, it’s my mom crack...AKA my energize drink! It helps me get moving & I just LOVE the taste! If you want to try some click here! 

Drink some H2O!

Making sure I drink a BIG glass of water helps me to wake up along with my energize! Plus, let’s be real..water is so good for you & so many of us don’t drink enough of it! So chug a glass of water when you wake up!

Journaling!

I have LOVED journaling while I am drinking my mom crack! I do my daily devotionals and journal! It has helped me so much with waking up and getting inspired for the day! Get my workout on!

Every morning I get my body moving & it feels so good! Plus doing these few things before I work out helps get my mind right and get me going! And in all honesty working out has helped get my day started off right! A little sweat never hurt & on top of that I get to work out from home! If you’re like me, a gym is great..but just turning my on demand and getting to work is the BEST!
