There's a few things that go into crafting an offer - when I work 1:1 with a client for a 1 week, 1 month or the full Biz Well Program which helps new coaches create aligned offers, we dive really deep into all things offer (who it's for, what's their transformation, what's the name we're giving it, how is it delivered for example is this a 1:1 offer, a course, or a group coaching and lastly pricing how to get really ninja with pricing.)

BUT I probably just blew the fire hose at you - yes we can cover all those things together, but you can make an incredible offer right here, right now on your own.

 

Let's keep this with the most simple, most basic method:

You narrowed down who you want to talk to and what you want to help them solve. If not go back to steps 1 & 2 above.

Next....

Back track.

  • Where are they right now, their feelings, what do they want solved, what are they doing with their time that's distracting them from solving this?
  • Where do they REALLY want to be - like if THEY could wave a magic wand and their problem is solved, what is the problem they want solved.
  • What are 3 simple steps you know that they can do to get out of the funk they are in and into the " My problem is solved!! land?

Here's a really quick example from my days where I focused on growing my BODi coaching business. (if you're unfamiliar with that, I started with Team Beachbody, now BODi back in 2015 - this is a network marketing opportunity with programs like P90X, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, Shakeology, Portion Fix, 2B mindset etc.)

So here's how I focused when I was bringing in a lot of clients to that business & connecting them to the right program for where they were + connecting to them on a human level via some group coaching.

I identified my most ideal client, and here she is:

My postpartum mom is home with her now 3 month old baby. She's tired all the time, she's not very intimate with her spouse, she's struggling with her self image, she knows she could look and feel better in her clothes bc she's seen other moms do it, but she just feels like that is WAY too hard of a problem to solve. Her kid constantly needs her, she's drained by the end of the day, and the maternity pants will continue to just have to do.

That is tough.

But solving that problem is not tough for me bc it's in my skill set, it's my wheel house, I have LOVED helping moms get out of that funk.


EXAMPLE TIME

So here's my 3 simple solutions & how I share with her.

  • Momma, I feel you, I have seen so many moms I've helped in my years of wellness coaching go through this too, and we each have our different journey in it, but know you are seen & you are loved.
  • God says: "You are his handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God has prepared in advance for us to do" (adapted from Ephesians 2:10) - sister you have a path and a purpose and I know in postpartum you may not feel you'll get beyond diapers, tiredness, and constant tears, but you will.

I have 3 steps that I believe if you take them, you'll find success and feel more like yourself. I know you LOVE being a momma and you LOVE that baby & your more than anything, but you're drained and your'e ready to not feel that way.

Listen, what if I helped you with this? Here's 3 things:

  1. You join into my wellness bootcamp for moms so you have a community around you
  2. I set you up with a 20 minute at-home movement plan so you can do it as soon as you put her down for a nap or while she's playing in her bouncer
  3. I'll give you my VERY simple no-cook meal plan & my dessert plan that's actually a protein smoothie treat, I just make mine into energy bites or ice cream instead. Plus it comes with my momma energy drink that I swear has me actually excited to move my body

That my friend is something YOU have in you too - sure you may not have the language all lined up, but I bet you have a 3 step solution to a problem your most ideal clients have.

Here's where I recommend going as you list out who you want to help, what her transformation is, and 3 possible steps to get there.

Read Philippians 2: 1-11 and PRAY as you make these steps.  This will help you remember to focus on having a JOY in serving ask God to make your a servant to these people
