3 Day Transformation

I’m always so blown away when I do these 3 day cleanses.

I’ve shared a few blogs in the past about them - my favorite being A Clean-ish Mom’s Take onthe 3 Day Refresh of my honest and raw testimony of the first time I did the cleanse.

I’ve done it about 7 times since, and each time I cuss less and less  ;)  I know just what you were expecting me to say - ha!

But for real, I LOVE to eat. I love leafy greens, sauté veggies, chicken, fish….and cookies, margaritas, and pizza

SO I gotta balance myself out from time to time, especially if I’ve been under stress, which I have been.

Here’s my results from this round of the cleanse and DAMN mind blown:

Most people find this cleanse super easy and helpful, as do I, but I may just complain a little more ;) bc I’m honest AF!

Fit Friday - the Cleanse Quiz!

Let's talk about cleanses. I actually had to have a hard discussion with my spouse, Neal, about cleansing. A Clean(ish) Eating Mom's Take on the 3 Day Refresh

MY STORY BEGINS HERE: 

I like to think of myself as a pretty clean eater.


Sure, I love pizza, cookies and the occasional Taco Bell, but for the most part, I make my meals and I eat foods from the outer sections of the grocery store aka fruits, veggies, and meats.

I like to spiralize noodles instead of have pasta. I seriously do love vegetables and could eat them almost all day (especially steamed or sauté), and I make 'nice' cream instead of binge on ice cream because I truly know I feel a lot better without artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and extra processed foods.

But again...I like pizza, cookies and the occasional Taco Bell. I'm human.
