with no one to help watch the kids, My Cup Was Empty...I came back inside the house and took a time out and prayed. I got up and did an exercise video. I felt so much better after that :) Thanks for helping me put back into my cup :)

Yesterday I could button all my pre baby jeans! I mean, a bit of a muffin top, so I'm not wearing them yet, but I could close them all!!!! Then hopped on the scale this morning to see I'm in the 130s again!!! Bye bye 140s👋 so it's slow and taking some time, but the weight is coming off!
