Faith Flow is a combination of mobility and flowing movements that feel like a traditional yoga class, yet they have a faith based element.  We start each class with a Biblically based message and flow through where the Holy Spirit leads you. It's healing, it's restorative, it's peaceful.

I encourage you to be comfortably dressed with layers, possibly having a pillow and blanket along with a yoga mat.  This will be just under an hour session.
