None of this is on Facebook, it's all through a membership website powered by Kajabi. It's REALLY cool!

I see members joining from a variety of time zones, so you can access all of the content at your own pace with calls recorded and added within 48 hours.

First of all, exercise in any way you love, is what I want you to focus on.  But if you're a busy Proverbs 31-ish entrepreneur & you're here, I'm guessing you're relationship with exercise could be a love-hate. You know it's good for you and gives you energy, but you're not routined.

Perfect.

Through the Collective, you'll have accountability & a variety of movement options to help you.

First, I'll give you access to Faith Flow (see the drop down about it)

Second, I'll give you access to the workouts I've done from home since 2015, Beachbody/BODi.  These include, but are not limited to samples of each of the following style workouts:

• Barre
• Running + Strength combo
• Dance
• Weight Lifting
• HIIT
• Yoga
• Flow Mobility + Cardio Strength
• Meditation

The focus is to use the group and the Planner + Faith Guide to start to create a habit - move your body for 20-30 minutes, clean up and get to work!

Faith Flow is a combination of flowing mobility movement along with some traditional poses you may have seen in classic yoga. Each class has a Biblically based message and intention to keep us focused on His truths & love over our lives.

Class moves will have an emphasis on active recovery, restorative mobility, stability, and core strength.

Yes, part of the goal of this collective is to improve and increase connection, intimacy and even yes, your sex life, with your spouse.

These lessons on relationships will help you when and if that time comes for you.

God asks our husbands to seek Jesus & submit to Him and wives to submit to our husbands as head of the house.  I'm here to help encourage you & share some practices for communication & agreements using what Neal and I have learned since being in an ongoing marriage community since 2017. 

I will include free & paid membership options for you to dive into the same marriage group we're apart of for additional support.
