I know I LOVE energy bites, while I'll be honest, I'm not using 3 packets of my Pumpkin Spice Shakeology to make them, I'm using my Vanilla bc Hey, that pumpkin is LIMITED and I'm using it sparingly, they turn out AMAZING just w/ Vegan Vanilla Shakeology and 1-3 tsp pumpkin spice (pending on how spiced up you want it!)
