I was the girl that asked a billion questions when I first joined my team as a wellness coach. While I was worried in the beginning that my coach was rolling her eyes every time I shot over another question about how to run a successful online business, I know that wasn’t the case. Because my coach and my entire upline is full of some of the most positive, kind-hearted, supportive people I know.
You know the saying about how you are an average of the 5 people you spend the most time with? Well in that case, ever since I dropped my ego and shifted into learning mode to become a wellness coach (May of 2015) I feel I’ve been doing pretty dang well.
And when it comes to anything in life, working on your health, growing as a person, having a social life, starting a business, taking the next career step...this remains true. No matter where you are in life or what you’re working on, it’s so dang important to...
This fall, I’m really trying to be intentional about more self-love in my day!
My kids just started going to school, and while I thought being home with them was tough, I’ve learned that there’s times I totally miss having them around.
...Then there’s other times then I don’t mind at all as I’m getting work done uninterrupted
(any other work from home parents reading this and feel me on the completely opposite moods?!)
All that said, I know I go through the motions SO much now - the whole wake up, do my morning mindset & workout, get kids up, bring them to school, start work, lunch, wrap work, kids home, homework, dinner and I’m whooped. We all go through that or a similar struggle.
But I want you to remember to focus and care about Y O U and your mindset

I am SO obsessed with the new vegan Recover. I used the regular for years and although I'm not vegan, I really like that Beachbody has that option now. The difference between the two is the protein.
