I am SO obsessed with the new vegan Recover. I used the regular for years and although I'm not vegan, I really like that Beachbody has that option now. The difference between the two is the protein. Original Recover has whey, and vegan uses a plant based (pea) protein. Either way, they're both delicious and taste just like your childhood Ovaltine or Nesquik!

Try some for yourself with either a 20 serving tub or single packets (whey only)

And then go ahead and make this delicious sounding Chocolate Zucchini Bread Smoothie!!

 

I scream, you scream, we all scream for...Shakeology ice cream??

It's no secret that I love serving my daughters their Shakeology as ice cream. I feel good knowing they're getting the right vitamins and nutrients (with sprinkles of course) and they feel like they're having a special treat!

Try it out for yourself and make this Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology Ice Cream :) 

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana cut into chunks
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology (this has the hidden veggies)
  • 2 Tbsp. all-natural smooth peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place banana in plastic bag; freeze for 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  2. Place almond milk, bananas, Shakeology, and peanut butter in blender (or food processor); cover. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

ENJOY!
