Fit Friday Finds August 16th!

Happy Friday!! This week I kicked off Phase 2 of Morning Meltdown 100 - seriously, this program is blowing my mind!

One of our Be Well coaches, Heather is crushing this program and REALLY focusing on her nutrition. She even turned down going out to the playground w/ the kids and grabbing fast food to eat the other day because she didn't have her food with her. Instead, she went home and made a healthy lunch! Don't worry - her kids were still well entertained and played - this momma is a rockstar!

She's totally committed to transforming not only her body (do you see her 14 day results!?) but also her mindset! Plus, she's showing up like a BOSS in our Be Well Community, spreading the love!  If you haven't hopped into the Be Well Community as one of our tribe members - what are you waiting for?! Request to join

These are by far my favorite healthy brownie recipe! Blend all the ingredients up in a food processor and BAM you have a...

How To Manage Your Time & Energy As A Mom!

family mindset Aug 13, 2019

Learning how to manage your time & energy as a mom can help you get things done on time & also stay sane!

As a mom of 2 girls, I use to let the day run me, instead of me running the day! Then I found myself running around, trying to play catch up & trying to get back in better spirits!

We all know that morning time: run out the door anxiety that can stick with us through the rest of the day..NO THANK YOU!

Here are 5 Tips that will save you Time & your Energy as a busy mom!

Get things done the night before: This refers to packing lunches, laying clothes out, etc the night before! How simple is it when you have their clothes laid out ready to go instead of digging through drawers when you could be spending your time in a better way!

I find that when I have their lunches packed it not only saves me time, but I also am able to put more time & effort into their lunches! I am able to provide healthier choices, than just throwing a...

Why Having A Community is SO Important!

coaching fitness mindset Jul 23, 2019

I try my best to support other moms out there so that they know they aren't alone! They have a community they can be apart of. I do this online and in person!

As a mom myself, currently local to the Louisville area, my team and I get together once a month for ladies night out... Okay, mainly bonfires with some drinks ;) and weekly my team and I host virtual workouts and business meet ups to stay healthy and to help each other grow. I never feel like I'm going at it alone in this business!

As a company we have one nationwide event each year, & host more in-person events every quarter to bring local coaches and our customers together to celebrate the business, the physical, emotional and financial transformations that have come from the use of our products and business opportunity.

There is a company event upcoming this weekend where groups all across the US, UK and Canada are getting together and I want to encourage you to come to it! This event is not just for coaches,...
