Shoo this week has been a doozy for me personally! I got some sort of stomach bug on Tuesday that took me out! Thankfully, my husband also works from home as a Beachbody Coach with me, so I could rest while he took care of our 2.5 and 5 year old on our FIRST SNOW DAY! I mean half of me hates that I missed it bc I was laying in bed and the other half is like hey...you didn't have to freeze your butt off this year in the snow! Normally that's ALL ME bc in years past, my husband has always worked outside of the home at his corporate job on snow days.
To say I am grateful he now works with me, well that's a major gratitude in my life this week. He totally stepped up and took care of the family!
I have been doing a workout program called 6 Weeks of the Work, and I just wanted to share a little bit about my journey of it with you.
So prior to this program, I had completed MM100 (Morning Meltdown 100) and while I LOVED that no workout repeated, the music was upbeat and fun,...

He finds cleansing, like our 3 Day Refresh quite easy and very helpful, whereas I find it OMG YOU'RE TELLING ME I CANNOT EAT THIS CHOCOLATE RIGHT NOW!?! BUT bc I know they are good for me after doing research, I have learned to LOOOOVE cleansing my body quarterly. And these are my results when I do the 3 day cleanse:
Some of the research I did that helped me lead me to these conclusions:

If you've signed up for these meal plans then you've already seen the No-Cook one I sent a week ago! Well, this one is almost as good, because it's almost no-cook! And really the only cooked items are hard boiled eggs and rice -- you can't get much easier than that!
I think I'm most excited to try the Coconut Mango Chia Pudding though :)
And since this is a simple plan, I'm going to keep this blog post simple - meal prepping has SIMPLIFIED things for me. I used to prep breakfasts, lunches and dinners every Sunday or Monday, but now I like to just prep on Monday 2-3 meals, my lunch and snacks are typically what I prep. Why? because for the most part, I am basic when it comes to breakfast, I'm always craving saute veggies and eggs and I have the time to make them in the morning, so I do. BUT that wasn't always the case and now that my kiddos are older and going into a preschool program, my time is limited, so I'm back to trying more prepped breakfasts to make going out...
While everyone is racing to Starbucks to get their PSL, make your good-for-you version at home using Pumpkin Spice and Café Latte Vegan Shakeology!
This uses both Cafe Latte and Pumpkin Spice Shakeology, but I'll let you in on a secret ...I have used 1/2 - 1 cup chilled coffee + the almond milk and just used a full packet of pumpkin spice.
Again, if you don't have the Pumpkin Spice Shakeology, you can still get some while it's limited release OR you can add in 1/2 cup pumpkin puree + 1 tsp pumpkin along with your Cafe Latte, Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology, the almond milk and coffee to still get that coffee house flavor - I know SO MANY COMBOS to try...but below is the most basic for you!

Let's get spicy!!
This week's meal plan heats things up a bit with Jalapeño & Cheese Turkey Burgers and Black Bean Burrito Bowls. - YESSSS! this is one of my absolute FAVORITE meal preps because it's SOOOO up my husband's alley so he loves when we make flavors like this!
If you're not a fan of spicy food, NO WORRIES! There are plenty of yummy recipes in this plan. And you can always nix the spice if you need ;)
Example - we have spaghetti squash with meat sauce and parmesean - it's an even healthier spaghetti squash than you may have tried and as I personally slowly ween my own kids off of wanting as many carbs all the time, I am able to mix a little spaghetti squash with some regular pasta noodles to give them what they really want! I typically go ALL in w/ the spaghetti squash, but will occasionally mis.
