5 Day No Cook Meal Plan

I can't wait to try the recipes in this 5 Day No Cook Meal Plan. I'm a fan of anything that can save me time spent in the kitchen so I'm most excited to try the Tropical Overnight Oats -- YUM!

Also, for dinner there's a chicken burrito bowl that's loaded w/ veggies & I think I will even be able to get the kids to eat this!

I wanna give you FULL disclosure, I RARELY do an entire meal prep anymore, what I use these meal preps I'm sharing here in my blog for is to help new clients or people like you that maybe LOVE meal prepping or want to get into it. WHY share something I don't use as much?!  BC I used to use FULL meal preps ALL THE TIME when I was first learning to eat helathier - it simplified my life so I 100% believe they work.

Again, if it simplified, why stop?  Well now I"m at a point where my family and I have about 8 meals the kids will eat on rotation (maybe I'll save those recipes for another day) but alllll of the meals have stemmed from ideas I found in meal preps like this!  Meal preps helped me learn to eat a more balanced nutrition throughout the whole day  by kinda 'forcing me' to try something new, I found that I totally enjoyed new food combos and that I personally like to cook on the spot. I will batch cook lunches and snacks, but breakfast is always fresh eggs and veggies, dinner is always cooked with my husband as it bonds us, so cooking in advance isn't necessary since we have the time and JOY to do it together.

K that's enough about meal planning - seriously though, if you want SIMPLICITY this is where I started and what will surely help you start too!
