Almost No Cook Meal Plan

If you've signed up for these meal plans then you've already seen the No-Cook one I sent a week ago! Well, this one is almost as good, because it's almost no-cook! And really the only cooked items are hard boiled eggs and rice -- you can't get much easier than that!

I think I'm most excited to try the Coconut Mango Chia Pudding though :)

And since this is a simple plan, I'm going to keep this blog post simple - meal prepping has SIMPLIFIED things for me. I used to prep breakfasts, lunches and dinners every Sunday or Monday, but now I like to just prep on Monday 2-3 meals, my lunch and snacks are typically what I prep. Why?  because for the most part, I am basic when it comes to breakfast, I'm always craving saute veggies and eggs and I have the time to make them in the morning, so I do. BUT that wasn't always the case and now that my kiddos are older and going into a preschool program, my time is limited, so I'm back to trying more prepped breakfasts to make going out the door EASY bc everything is made and I just wake them up, we all eat, and we go!

You've gotta find what's right for you when you meal prep. I suggest following the full preps here from my blogs (or in our private FB wellness community if you're one of my Beachbody challengers or coaches bc all of these are in our files section) for a few weeks and then modifying for what works best for you and your family.
